Meet the Beeyoutiful Team: Tal Ewing

Meet the Team from Beeyoutiful.com

We’re always so glad to get to know our customers better, and learn a little about what’s important to you! We love to give you peeks behind the scenes here too. Today you’ll get to know Tal Ewing.

Meet the Team from Beeyoutiful.com

What are you in charge of at Beeyoutiful?

Working at a small business like Beeyoutiful means that we all make contributions to several areas of the business. I spend the majority of my time supervising the ordering, shipping, and receiving of all our products. I also produce our sales reports that let us know how our business is doing.Tal Ewing from Beeyoutiful.com

What do you do every day?

Every day is interesting here at Beeyoutiful. Some days you will find me talking to our manufacturers and staff about our products. Other days, I’m focused on creating reports that will help us keep up with the business side of things, or I’m helping our team plan our sales and marketing strategies. And every day, you will find me working with our team to troubleshoot problems that invariably pop up along the way.

What can customers count on you for?

My goal is to make sure that we make available the best products to our customers for the best price. If one of our products is ever out of stock, know that it simply means we can’t currently meet one of those criteria. Sometimes, a product is delayed because an essential ingredient didn’t pass our quality testing, and sometimes we have to discontinue a product for a time because it becomes too expensive for us and our customers.

What do you do to support your own health?

My main health struggle has always been my allergies, so I try to be proactive in keeping them under control. I try to take one of our BerryWell products at the first sign of an itchy throat or runny nose. I’m even learning to like some of the herbal teas that my wife Mary makes for me when I’m sick. I downed a ton of red raspberry tea this winter when I had a cold, and it helped tremendously. I also try to stay active by working in the yard or garden and chasing after the kids.Tal Ewing from Beeyoutiful.com

When you’re not working on Beeyoutiful projects, what’s one way that you enjoy spending your time?

I’m learning to farm. In fact, that is one of the main reasons I’m working at Beeyoutiful. We wanted to move to Centerville so that we could enjoy a simpler, rural life with and work with friends. So, along with our co-worker Jeff and his wife Michelle, Mary and I have helped create a garden and raise pastured chickens. We are even going to grow out a few turkeys for the holidays!

Leave a message for Tal in the comments below, and be sure to stop by Duck River Naturals, Tal and Mary’s own online store. Meet the rest of the team here

The Fantastic Five – Summer 2010 Catalog

The Fantastic Five

Beeyoutiful’s Super Heroes

by Marissa Greentree

If Beeyoutiful were a movie, there would be five featured players who would get rave reviews from me. They’re all stars of my medicine cabinet, and I’d like you to know what makes them so special.

SuperMomSuperMom

SuperMom was the very first Beeyoutiful product I had the pleasure of meeting. I introduced myself as a single mom of a one year-old, and the two of us became fast friends. SuperMom and I have met every morning at breakfast for months and our relationship has been a genuine blessing.

My life before SuperMom was plagued with every-other-day migraines due to the insurmountable stress of my world. In the middle of a divorce from an abusive husband and hiding with my little one fearing for our safety, I was also jobless for nearly six months and on every form of welfare imaginable. Isolation and a lack of trustworthy friendships added to my increasing anxiety.

Lack of energy immobilized and debilitated me, an especially acute problem since daily survival required exceptional amounts of energy. Being a single mom to an infant was no picnic. Sleepless nights due to teething or illness, doctor appointments, learning to feed a child with food sensitivities, discipline, and meeting my son’s emotional needs drained my emotions and my body.

I was desperate for relief. I’d taken other supplements in the past, but nothing had really helped. My migraine medication was becoming a live-in nuisance instead of a distant acquaintance. I wanted the meds to move out and a real life to move back in.

That’s when SuperMom showed up—just in time. Now she is a regular daily benefactor of increased energy, decreased migraines and overall happiness in my home. Migraine meds visit only when extreme stress or mounting anxiety necessitates a short-term boost. SuperMom helped me get my life back! My divorce is now final and my friend-pool is growing. I’m still a single mom but now I have the energy to be, well, a super mom! Any minor headaches I continue to have are combated with my next Beeyoutiful favorite.

Tension Tamer

A bottle in my cabinet and a bottle in my purse…check! I don’t go anywhere without Tension Tamer. This tiny roll-on stick of essential oils has been with me through thick and thin over the last couple of months.

TensionTamerWebProLidOffSide

Whenever I feel a headache coming on or feel my neck muscles tightening due stress, I whip out Tension Tamer and let the aroma settle me back into relaxation. The cooling effect on my neck, shoulders, temples and behind my ears is truly wonderful. Supplemented with a few deep breaths, Tension Tamer helps my entire body slow down so I can think clearly and allow my body to heal itself.

Tension Tamer has gone with me into important meetings and helped me keep my cool. It’s been by my side during confrontation and assisted me in remaining calm. It’s given my body just enough “tension taming” to allow my mind to clear before bed so I have a rejuvenating and restful night’s sleep.

What’s more, I’ve been thrilled at how little I have to use to get the results I want. Tension Tamer isn’t expensive at all when I take into account how long one small bottle lasts. And unlike some treatments, the smell doesn’t make me sick, because there are no added fragrances which I’m allergic to. I can use it as much as I need to without worrying if I’m going to add to my headache or help it.

Whether I’m at home or out-and-about, I know I can count on Tension Tamer to help relieve my headaches and muscle tightness in a pinch. I never leave home without it!

Berry Well

The first time I tried Berry Well, I was having an allergic reaction to a feather down comforter. Within minutes after gulping down two tablespoons, my allergy attack stopped! I was in shock. I didn’t have to grab Claritin or an inhaler or eye drops. I knew from that moment on, my cabinet would never again be without Berry Well.BerryWell_2

Since that time, I’ve used Berry Well to help fight colds, drainage, runny noses and coughs by giving my immune system the boost it was begging for. And I don’t have any adverse side effects with Berry Well like I would with over-the-counter allergy medications. Normally, cold and allergy meds knock me out or make me hyper, drain my body of energy and leave me feeling worse than before. Berry Well helps me almost instantly and I find I can manage my normal daily activities.

Laveshmint Tonertoner_1

I love starting my day with Laveshmint Hydrating Toner. When I get out of the shower and feel the mist of this cool, refreshing spray, I can face the day with confidence.

My skin is so sensitive that most products (I’ve tried them all!) make my skin break out, but Laveshmint Hydrating Toner actually makes my skin feel refreshed with no irritation. It’s great to find a product that works with my skin instead of against it.

The scent is amazing as well. It’s just strong enough to provide a hint of lavender but soft enough not to be overwhelming. What a great addition to my daily routine!

Lavender Essential Oil

Essential oils are a new addition to my life and I’m in love! Why did I not know about essential oils before now? I now use them for many things—cleaning, fighting insects, aches, stress, as a sleep-aid and for relaxation. The aroma freshens my home, calms me and my son and goes a long ways towards helping my body take care of itself.

LavenderEOil

Essential oils in general can be used in a remarkable variety of ways but Lavender Essential Oil is, so far, my favorite. What a diverse oil! I’ve loved its scent and have used it for years but I never knew it could be used for more than just the smell.

I was amazed and thrilled to discover it helps with headaches, sunburns and high blood pressure. I was taken off my high blood pressure medication due to, I believe, a great combination of the Beeyoutiful products I’d been taking. I much prefer the scent and safety of Lavender Essential Oil to battle bugs than any poisonous sprays. It’s also a wonderful oil to add to my wet candle wax in order to infuse my home with the thrilling aroma of lavender.

These five Beeyoutiful stars are fantastic. And unlike some things in movies, you really should try them at home!

Swine Flu: Prevention and Treatment – Summer 2009 Catalog

By Jessica Carter and Stephanie Walker Tallent

Armed and Ready:

In the past few years we have been bombarded with news of some dangerous viral outbreak or another. Seeing images from around the world, images of civilians wearing masks to protect themselves and holding masks over the faces of the young, have become more common place. Perhaps you remember SARS and Avian Flu. Now the most recent strain of influenza A is H1N1, otherwise known as Swine Flu.

There is some alarm among experts that H1N1 could be “the one” that causes a pandemic in our generation. Regardless of whether it is Swine Flu or some media proclaimed super-scary flu of the future, the best defense is a good offense. We at Beeyoutiful firmly believe that it is the responsibility of individuals to educate themselves on how to best protect the health of their families. With that belief and goal in mind, we have researched extensively what tools are the very best to use to protect and defend against viral invaders.

How can a virus kill someone anyways?

Autopsis of victims of Avian Flu, SARS and the deadly Spanish Flu of 1918, which killed an estimated fifty million people, revealed evidence of destroyed respiratory tracts. This suggested that the flu victims had been killed by their own immune systems, not from the flu itself.

The immune system response suspected of being responsible for killing the victims is something called a cytokine storm. Cytokines are the type of white blood cell and are a normal and essential part of a healthy immune system. T1 cytokines are a particularly aggressive part of this segment of immune system super-heroes and typically are very crucial. Some viruses, such as Swine Flu, can cause these cells to over respond and the T1 cells actually become deadly to the body. Just as insulin is normally released in proportions to the amount of sugar intake, so cytokines normally respond in proportion to the assault on our bodies. However, just as the release of too much insulin in the body can result in death, so an overwhelming assault by T1 cytokines can cause the lungs to fill with fluid causing a person to drown.

What does this mean for me?

For those of us who are accustomed to reaching for the nearest available immune boosting super power when we come down with an illness, I have bad news. A lot of our traditional favorite supplements and herbs can potentially cause more harm than good when dealing with the risk of a cytokine storm. Little attention is given to the balance necessary between the T1 and other cytokine cells in order for our immune systems to operate safely. Since the T1 cells are more aggressive front runners than the other T cells, supplements that directly support their production are among the most popular for quick recoveries.

Champion among these treasured products is elderberry syrup, otherwise known as BerryWell for the Beeyoutiful fans. Several studies show a clearly documented connection between elderberry extract and rapid T1 cytokine production.1,2 However, because of the concern of a cytokine storm, if one becomes ill with one of these dangerous viruses I do not personally recommend treating with BerryWell. My personal guideline for usage right now is two-fold:

1)      Take BerryWell liberally as a preventative every time myself or family members go out in public.

2)      Discontinue giving to any individual that exhibits symptoms and switch to other broader and safer immune boosting treatments.

Is anything safe to take or do we just take our chances?

The good news is that there are several powerful and effective products out there that are known for their support of balanced immune system production. This makes them not only safe to take, but also ideal aids for the body to prevent and even treat Swine Flu as well as other variants of flu. Below is a list of products I will personally be using as both a preventative and treatment should it be necessary.

The often overlooked immune boosting powerhouse: Vitamin Dd3

Although most of us realize that our bodies need this essential vitamin, it is one of the most under-acknowledged resources for combating viruses. There is an amazing body of documentation to prove its effectiveness not only in boosting the body’s ability to resist the flu, but also in powerfully treating it. It might just be the single most important supplement you can take to equip your body to face off with Swine Flu and walk away the victor.

If exposure to sunlight is limited, like during wintertime for example, 4,000-5,000 IU’s per day would be appropriate for most adults. If you weigh significantly more than the typical person, you may need to double that dose. For children the dose can be halved. For supplemental purposes, I would highly recommend using the D3 vs. the D2 form. D2 is the more common and readily available version but is not as easily activated within the body as D3 is. Vitamin D can be used therapeutically to treat the flu but it is also important to understand that, if you are taking the above doses of vitamin D, the chances of you getting the flu to begin with are very remote. The old saying “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” could not be more accurate regarding this treasure of a vitamin. The daily dose of vitamin D you would use to treat the flu would be 1,000 IU per pound of body weight (round down, not up). The dose would be taken once a day for no longer than three days (Note: This could be a very large dose if you are a large person.) This is the dose that Dr. John Cannell, the founder of the vitamin D Council, has been using very successfully for a number of years.

Dr. John Cannell documented his remarkable experiences with vitamin D and the Flu. He shared the story of how his patients, who were in the hospital ward of a maximum security prison for the criminally insane, were being supplemented with vitamin D and how they were able to avoid influenza when an epidemic broke out in the prison. Fascinated and intrigued, he subsequently put the vitamin to even more rigorous trials in the years to follow. His very lengthy and highly worthwhile article can be found here: http://www.medicalnewtoday.com/articles/51913.php

Vitamin D is especially valuable as a preventative and treatment for potentially deadly viruses because it supports a balanced immune system reaction and actually works to keep the cytokine T cells in balance with each other. This makes it particularly helpful when there is a risk of the T1 cytokine cells triggering a “storm.”

The indispensable foundation to a balanced immune system: Probiotics

Rapidly gaining recognition for their multi-faceted and universally beneficial properties, probiotics are considered absolutely essential in any immune system alliance. Most of us are familiar with these beneficial bacteria because they are found in yogurt. Cultures around the world have used these amazing “good” bacteria to culture, safely preserve and leaven a variety of foods and beverages like kefir, kimchee, kombucha, sourdough bread and sauerkraut. Probiotics are the cornerstone of a healthy gut and, subsequently, of a healthy immune system.probiotics

Although one can find a limited amount of this bacteria in commercially manufactured yogurt, it does not contain enough strains or enough live bacteria to patrol the yards and yards of digestive tract and war with any offensive bacteria found there. Since most of us have not grown up with a lifetime of eating live cultured foods, we need a more powerful and immediate source. Probiotics are readily available these days in wider varieties than ever before. They come in tabs, chews, loose powder, regular capsules and enteric-coated capsules (a special protective coating on the capsule to get it through the damaging stomach acids and into the gut, safe and sound). They can be found in single strains, like Acidophilus, and multiple strains from a variety of sources. When taking a probiotic supplement, always determine the minimum guaranteed bacteria count, as well as the recommended storage instructions.

Tummy Tuneup is an enteric coated 8 strain probiotic available through Beeyoutiful. It has proven itself again and again to our staff and customers. Tummy Tuneup is an ideal choice for delivering the maximum benefit to the gut. Another Beeyoutiful product, Ultimate Defense, has a large variety of bacteria and is very beneficial to take on a daily basis, or specifically as a preventative gut-based immune booster.

Here is a quote from a study illustrating how probiotics aid in inflammation control and a balanced, healthy immune response.

From the Study:

Probiotics are dietary supplements known to reduce or alter inflammation and inflammatory cytokines. Histological analysis revealed that edema, inflammation and vacuolization as well as polymorphonuclear leukocyte infiltration in the lung tissue was significantly reduced in the probiotic treated group. Bacterial translocation was significantly reduced in the probiotic treated group compared with the other groups. As a result of this, reduced proinflammatory cytokines and systemic inflammatory response was observed.

Vital life force: ColostrumColostromTransferFactorWebProPillS

Colostrum is the super nutrient-dense, pre-milk substance that mammals produce for their young before a normal milk supply sets in. Few things in nature are known to have such amazing life sustaining properties and seemingly magical immune building properties as colostrum.

When dealing with these potentially deadly flus, it is important to insure that the balance of T2 cells will be produced in proportion to, if not in excess of, the T1 cells while the immune system is attacking the offending virus. Studies show that nothing does this better than colostrum. Researchers in Australia set out to learn if dried bovine colostrum protein (a popular supplement with athletes) had the same ability to stimulate cytokine white blood cells in humans that the fresh colostrum does in cows. In the study, researchers saw that the T2 “retreat” cytokines were activated and the T1 “attack” cytokines were suppressed when measured 6 hours after administration.

Multiple studies show colostrum to be an incredibly vital product to have on hand if there is any danger of a cytokine storm related illness. It has no known side effects and is very safe for even small children (capsules of the dried powder can be opened into food or drinks).

Healer from the inside out: Aloe Veraaloe vera

Many of us know of aloe’s healing properties having used it by slapping a fresh cut of aloe leaf on sunburns and feeling the instant relief. Aloe is also an amazing miracle worker and support for the body from the inside out. Aloe Vera is chock full of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids, and micronutrients that can help the immune system to be strong and resilient against infection. Consuming Aloe Vera on a regular basis provides your immune system with the extra boost of nutrients it needs in order to perform at a superior level. Aloe Vera is known for its synergistic properties, meaning all of the nutrients it contains work together to bring about the desired result of a strong and balanced immune system response. What makes aloe particularly good to take in an antiviral regimen is that it, like colostrum, directly supports a balanced and therefore safer immune system response.

Beeyoutiful carries Aloe in concentrated form in gel capsules. Aloe is safe for children to take and the capsules can be cut open and squeezed into yogurt or a smoothie. Excess Aloe Vera can cause diarrhea, so if this occurs simply reduce the quantity or frequency.

The all powerful: Garlicodorlessgarlicweb

Perhaps no plant has been more treasured throughout history for its incredible flavor and culinary contributions than garlic. As anybody who has eaten a clove of raw garlic will tell you, there are few things that come close to the incredibly powerful and pungent flavor of garlic. This little powerhouse has also been documented to have antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal properties and has been used medicinally for thousands of years in many countries around the world.

Several studies have shown that high doses of garlic help to regulate cytokine response. What constitutes a high dose is difficult to define because garlic potency varies from one variety to another, from one region of the country to another, and from one harvest to another.

If your stomach and taste buds can tolerate it, the most beneficial way to utilize garlic is to eat it raw, ideally from an organic or all-natural, pesticide-free source. For those of us that prefer a supplement to a burning tongue and watering eyes, there is good news. Allicin is a component of crushed/raw garlic that is considered incredibly beneficial but is also highly unstable. For years the only way to get it was by eating fresh, crushed garlic. However, a couple of years ago they figured out a way to stabilize allicin so that it could finally be offered in a supplemental form. Although garlic in just about any form will be beneficial in some way to your body, if you can find a stabilized allicin source I highly recommend it.

Beeyoutiful carries an aged 100:1 potency odorless garlic product that has been used with great success by our customers and staff. An added bonus to odorless garlic is that you don’t have people crinkling their noses as you walk by or spouses refusing to share bed space with you due to the aromatic fumes wafting from your pores.

Fresh garlic can be a challenge to get into small children orally and the gel capsules are not much better. For babies or small children, I highly recommend a garlic poultice as an effective way to get the benefits of garlic into small people’s bodies (see side bare for instructions).

A note of caution before consuming gigantic quantities of garlic: There is risk that, if you have a bleeding or clotting disorder, very VERY large amounts of garlic could exacerbate the problem or cause some drug interactions. Individuals on blood thinners should be especially aware of this concern.

Our Family Miracle- Winter 07-08 Catalog

By Mary Ewing266976_10100645769584420_903335_o

Five years ago I met my husband to be, Talmadge. Little did I know, that was the beginning of a war against sinus problems – not mine, his. Other than the occasional cold, I rarely had any problems with allergies or sinus ailments. But Tal, on the other hand, was a total different story. From early on in childhood, he struggled with food, environment and seasonal allergies, often leading to full blown sinus infections. Even after two major sinus surgeries, he still was prescription medication dependent just to be able to breath through his nose. During our first date, he spent most of the time in the passenger seat of my Jeep while I was out with our friends having fun because he had a fever and bad sinus infection. Romantic, I know. I later found out that he was on four or more medications daily just to try to maintain some normalcy, and would still contract an infection requiring antibiotics almost once a month. Being a nurse and a fix-it sort of person, I wanted to find something to help him, but if all the doctors couldn’t help him with all of their knowledge, how much could I hope to accomplish?

During the courtship and the first few years of our marriage, we worked with Tal’s diet (when we met it consisted largely of cokes, Honey Buns®, and Ramen® Noodles), broadening it to include more whole grains and vegetables and decreasing the amount of sugar, carbonation and processed foods. We also added supplements to his diet, relying primarily on phytochemicals to increase nutrients. This helped significantly by decreasing his infections to one or two a year instead of 10 to 12. He went almost an entire year without antibiotics by just doing these few things.

Despite our best efforts, Tal was still taking two antihistamines, one to two decongestants, a leukotriene blocker, a nasal spray with an expectorant and had another nasal spray handy as back-up relief. In addition to this, he would often use saline washes and topical rubs to help provide relief. Not including the amount we spent on tissue, we were spending well over $100 a month on prescription medication and doctor co-pays to keep Tal breathing and well. I began to believe that we were destined to keep the cycle going his whole life.

When our children, Emma Grace (2 ½) and Elliot (1), began to exhibit some of the same symptoms, I became desperate. I fervently wanted to spare them from the constant struggle, intermittent misery, and lifelong dependence on pharmaceuticals that seemed to be their father’s lot in life. I tried everything from natural homeopathic drops to medications to herbal infusions. Some would provide temporary relief, but nothing seemed to help long term.BerryWell_2

Then out of the blue a dear friend asked if we had ever tried elderberry. They even gave us a bottle to try – Berry Well Elderberry Extract, from Beeyoutiful. Although we were willing to try anything, after everything else that we’d done, we were not really expecting any better results. The first night we had the bottle, Tal and I were both feeling like we were coming down with sore throats, so we gave it a try. My brother, Matthew came in from out of town with a cold, along with my mom who was tired after the long car ride.

We tried to get Matthew to take some, but he was leery, thinking it would taste bad. He wouldn’t try it until my mom did. It was AMAZING! We all were coming back for more the next day. Matthew said he was very surprised at how good it was. No bad aftertaste or medicine taste at all. He was amazed at how well he had slept despite having had a bad sore throat and congestion the entire day prior. He continued taking it and his symptoms were gone within two days. He was an absolute believer! My husband was so convinced he went “cold turkey” on all his medications, only taking Berry Well. Even Mom, who had not felt sick, was praising the remarkable results. She had more energy and the jet lag feeling had disappeared.

How Does It Work?

It took over 7 years for the staff at Honey Garden Apiaries to perfect this amazing blend of immuno-boosters. At the core is Elderberry extract. One of the most studied, tried and proven immune system aids out there, the Elderberry is the star of this synergistic blend of complete health supporting elements. Most studies have focused on documenting Elderberry’s incredible ability to support the body when dealing with viruses, specifically Influenza. Elderberry works so very efficiently in so many ways, researchers are still baffled by how this simple berry can be so powerful.

Propolis is the dark sticky substance made by bees from the resin of various trees and plants. Bees gather this sap, re-metabolize it with their own nectar secretions and then take it back to the hive. It was named ‘propolis’ by the ancient Greeks which means, “a defense”. Many scientists believe a hive to be more sterile and free from harmful bacteria than a modern hospital. The healing benefits of bee propolis have been known for hundreds of years. Hippocrates first recorded the use of propolis to treat wounds, sores and ulcers as early as the fourth century B.C. The Roman scholar Pliny praised the benefits of propolis 400 years later in his writings, explaining how it “extracted all substances embedded in the flesh, reduced swelling, softened hardened areas, soothed pain, and healed sores when it appeared hopeless for them to mend.” Today’s modern science supports what wise men of old knew to be true. With the technology available to us we are able to study the many wonderful internal benefits of propolis as well!

Raw apple cider vinegar is a cherished folk remedy it has been used historically to help in a huge array of immune system based complaints. It is a staple in the medicine cabinet of most in the natural health community.

Raw honey has been a time honored food staple through the ages as well as being treasured for its healing and soothing properties. BerryWell’s raw honey has not gone through the high heat, refining, and filtering processes that most commercially available honey has. It retains all of the amazingly beneficial enzymes and traces of beeswax, pollen and propolis that make it such a valuable part of this proprietary blend. Taken internally, especially blended with the other fantastic ingredients in BerryWell, honey supports healing on many levels from the inside out. Its unique properties combined with the marvelous elderberry are one of the primary reasons BerryWell works so effectively on such a wide array of complaints.

Similar in some ways to the Elderberry, one of the main mechanisms of action for echinacea is that it stimulates phagocytosis in the blood stream. This allows it to work in harmony with Elderberry in supporting the body’s first line of defense on a cellular level to protect against the invasion of foreign substances in the body. Rather than depending on one chemical compound or “Magic bullet” to do the job Echinacea works in several different ways to support immune system health.

All was well around here for a few days . . . until our supply of Berry Well was depleted. I was in the doghouse with everybody for “letting us run out” before ordering more. You can imagine that I anxiously anticipated the arrival of our order, but the day it came, I was experiencing a headache of monstrous proportions and was in no mood to celebrate. I’d had no relief from the pain for over 48 hours. I decided to give elderberry a try, as nothing else was working and I figured it couldn’t hurt. I quickly downed the tablespoon and went about my business. I was out for a walk with the children about thirty minutes later when my ears began popping. For the next three hours, my ears popped and drained. My headache eased up within an hour and was totally gone by the end of the day. I had been taking decongestants and pain killers for the entire forty-eight hours without any help. Seeing Berry Well help the other members of my family was one thing.

Experiencing such impressive results myself was an entirely different story. Believe me when I tell you that I have no intentions of “letting us run out” of Berry Well again.

Now, my husband has been off his regular medications for over a month. We are saving well over $1000 a year because of just that. My daughter wakes up without a stuffy nose. And I have never felt better. We buy Berry Well in quantity because we use it so much, and to have enough to pass out to others. I cannot sing its praises enough. It is hard to imagine that such a small amount of sweet berry liquid can make such a big difference.
